Dermoidzyste (reifes zystisches Teratom)<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Der Goldstandard bei der Behandlung von Dermoidzysten ist die Entfernung der Dermoidzyste durch die laparoskopische (geschlossene) Methode. Dermoidzysten<\/strong>, auch reife zystische Teratome genannt, sind die h\u00e4ufigsten Keimzelltumoren des Eierstocks. Bei diesen Tumoren des Eierstocks handelt es sich um gutartige Tumoren. Die Malignit\u00e4tsrate (Krebs) bei Dermoidzysten ist selten, sie liegt bei etwa 0,3 %. Am h\u00e4ufigsten kommt es im Alter zwischen 20 und 40 Jahren vor. Dermoidzysten machen etwa 15 % aller Eierstocktumoren aus. Ungef\u00e4hr 15 % der Dermoidzysten sind bilateral, was bedeutet, dass beide Eier gleichzeitig Dermoidzysten aufweisen.<\/p>\n

In den meisten F\u00e4llen verursachen sie keine Beschwerden und die meisten Dermoidzysten werden zuf\u00e4llig bei der gyn\u00e4kologischen Ultraschalluntersuchung entdeckt. Ungef\u00e4hr 15 % davon sind verdreht und k\u00f6nnen starke Schmerzen verursachen. Eine Torsion<\/strong> tritt auf, wenn sich der Eierstock aufgrund des Gewichts der Dermoidzyste um sich selbst dreht und seinen eigenen Blutfluss unterbricht. Da Dermoidzysten Gewebe wie Z\u00e4hne und Fett enthalten, kommt es bei Dermoidzysten mit einer erheblichen Rate von etwa 15 % zu einer Torsion. Wenn nach einer Torsion nicht fr\u00fchzeitig eingegriffen wird, kann es leider zum Verlust dieses Eierstocks kommen.
\nDie Standardbehandlung f\u00fcr Dermoidzysten besteht darin, die Eizelle zu konservieren und bei Frauen im geb\u00e4rf\u00e4higen Alter nur die Zyste zu entfernen, und in der Perimenopause und nach der Menopause die Dermoidzyste zusammen mit der Eizelle zu entfernen. Laparoskopische (geschlossene) Operationen sind der Goldstandard in der Dermoidzystenchirurgie.<\/p>\n
